Pricing and Payment Method

While we try to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

Prices displayed on this Site are quoted in US dollars. shop.aliceyim.com accepts the following credit card payment options:

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay 100% amount due plus shipping fees. We accept payment for all purchases through third-party payment processors. You agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of those processors. Further, you represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply to us, our vendors, and our affiliates is true, correct, and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

All payments must be in United States dollars.

Sales Tax

shop.aliceyim.com charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions as required by applicable laws. Please note that your onscreen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

If you are shipping outside the United States, no taxes or duties will be charged by us. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.  shop.aliceyim.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shop.aliceyim.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.

We ship via FedEx Ground to addresses within the United States.

Onsite pickup in New York can be arranged by filling out our Contact form or sending an email to info@aliceyim.com with "Onsite Pickup" in the subject line.

Pickup orders are typically available for pickup within 6-9 business days from when your order was placed.

You will receive an email confirming your order and another when your order is ready for pickup.

We will hold your order for 7 days from when your order is ready for pickup; bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email to pick up your order.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on shop.aliceyim.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Fee

Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our current shipping policies, as stated during checkout.

Please note that Alice Yim New York cannot guarantee transit times. Once the package has left our facility, unforeseeable circumstances may delay delivery.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

All items are returnable within 15 days of purchase date. Full price items are refundable. Sales items are returnable in exchange for store credit, which is to be redeemed within 1 year from issuing date. Alice Yim New York shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be received by Alice Yim New York in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags, belts and any other applicable items still attached). Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged upon receipt or Alice Yim New York has made a shipping error.


Changing or cancelling your order:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account.
